A Message from the Clinical Director & Owner
Hi, I'm Elizabeth Wathen, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA — founder of Complex Dynamics Integrated Health Services.
For the last 5 years, I've worked with students with neurodivergent needs, including ASD, preparing them for the transition to daycare or traditional classroom settings. As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, I conduct indirect and direct behavior assessments, write behavior goals, and train staff and teachers on implementing behavior analytic interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). My passion is supporting families of children with developmental disabilities with effective, ethical solutions that decrease problematic behaviors and build lasting, socially appropriate replacement skills.
My goal is to use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, as an evidence-based practice, to grow Back-2-Basics Learning Centers and Complex Dynamics Integrated Health Services — an integrated network of health care services for children. Beyond direct client care, I'm also proud to mentor the next generation of behavior technicians through our RBT® exam preparation program, helping aspiring RBTs walk into their certification exam with clarity and confidence.
